My background spans Project Management, Scrum Mastery, Release Train Engineering, and Product Management — not as sequential roles, but as overlapping lenses on the same problem: how do you make a complex organisation move fast without falling apart?

Outside of client work, I obsess over systems thinking, personal knowledge management in Obsidian, and contributing to open-source tooling. I believe the best operational frameworks are the ones your team actually uses — and that means building them to be simple, durable, and owned by the people running them.
